Passenger Instructions by Trans Bharat Aviation
Reporting & Entry Guidelines
- All passengers must arrive at the helipad entry point at least 45 minutes before the time slot mentioned on their ticket.
- If a passenger fails to reach at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time, it will be treated as a “No Show” and no refund will be provided. The decision of the helicopter operator will be final.
- Entry to the helipad is restricted to valid ticket holders only. Tickets will be checked at the gate. Any fake or duplicate ticket will result in denial of boarding, and such individuals may be detained by law enforcement agencies.
Required Documents
- Passengers must carry the following documents to be allowed entry and boarding:
- a) A valid booked ticket — either booked on the Trans Bharat Aviation website or purchased from the helipad counter (physical copy only).
- b) Valid ID proof of the passenger (in original).
- c) Infant ID proof — Birth Certificate or Aadhaar Card (in original).
Ticket & Boarding Information
- Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the specific time slot booked.
- Boarding passes will be issued by the helicopter operator at the check-in counter at the helipad.
Weight, Fare & Baggage Policy
- Passenger weight (Adult, Child, and Infant) will be measured before the issue of the boarding pass.
- The infant’s weight will be added to the accompanying passenger.
- Passengers weighing over 80 kg will need to pay an additional charge of ₹150 per kg for excess weight.
- Passengers weighing more than 100 kg will be charged for a double ticket.
- Extra weight is calculated individually and cannot be adjusted against another passenger or infant.
- Each passenger is allowed one piece of baggage up to 4 kg. Additional baggage will not be permitted.
- Children aged 2 years or above will be provided a seat and charged full adult fare.
- Infants below 2 years will not be charged but will not be allotted a separate seat.
- A maximum of 2 children and 2 infants are allowed per sortie (e.g., 2 children + 2 infants + 4 adults), subject to weight limitations.
Seating, Operations & Flight Delays
- Seating arrangements will be decided based on helicopter load and flight planning. If the helicopter exceeds the permissible weight, the operator reserves the right to offload passengers or baggage. Such decisions are final and binding.
- In the event of any delay or cancellation of flights due to operational or weather-related reasons, boarding and lodging arrangements will not be the responsibility of Trans Bharat Aviation.
Refunds & Cancellations
- For flight cancellations caused by technical issues, bad weather, or government orders, passengers are eligible for a full refund (excluding payment gateway, transaction, and convenience fees).
- Refund Process:
- Passengers must submit their ticket or boarding pass immediately for cancellation, duly stamped at the helipad.
- Online refunds will be credited to the original payment account within 5–7 working days.
- Cash or counter refunds will be collected directly from the helipad counter.
- Any extra weight charges paid by the passenger will be refunded at the helipad itself by Trans Bharat Aviation.
- For one sided cancellations, No overweight charges will be Refunded.
- If a refund is not received within 7 working days, passengers may contact Trans Bharat Aviation by emailing their duly stamped cancelled ticket within 15 days from the scheduled departure. Claims made after 15 days will not be entertained.
- Refund Brackets (based on cancellation timeline):
- Less than 30 days before travel — 90% refund
- Less than 15 days before travel — 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before travel — 25% refund
- Less than 4 days before travel — No refund (0%)
Safety, Rights & Liability
- Trans Bharat Aviation reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, delay, or overfly flights without prior notice due to operational, technical, or weather-related reasons. The operator may also refuse boarding to any passenger deemed unfit for travel or posing safety risks.
- In case of death, injury, or permanent disability of any passenger, the liability of Trans Bharat Aviation will be governed by the applicable insurance policy and aviation regulations.
- All cancellations must be sent by email to infotransbharat@gmail.com with the booking reference and payment confirmation. Cancellations will follow the Helicopter Ticket Cancellation & Refund Policy available on the Trans Bharat Aviation website.

- Carriage of dangerous goods/articles is not permitted. Restricted articles include, but are not limited to: compressed gases, corrosives, explosives, flammable liquids and solids, radioactive materials, poisons, oxidizing materials, and briefcases with installed alarm devices.
- If you are carrying these articles in your baggage or on your person, declare them. Carrying such substances is prohibited under Section 10 of the Aircraft Act, 1934 and may result in imprisonment of up to two years and a fine which may extend up to one crore rupees.
- If baggage or a person containing dangerous goods is found unclaimed or mis-declared, they will be reported as per Rule 90A of the Aircraft (Carriage of Dangerous Goods) Rules, 2003.
