All third-party service providers are bound by Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) that ensure:
- ✓ Data is processed only on our instructions
- ✓ Data is protected with reasonable security safeguards
- ✓ Data is not shared with other parties without our consent
- ✓ Data is deleted when processing is complete (or retained only as required by law)
3.3 Cross-Border Data Transfers
For third-party services located in the USA (Google, Facebook, PayPal), we use:
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs): Contractual safeguards equivalent to DPDP requirements.
- Encryption: Data encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Limited Processing: Data processed only for stated purposes.

4. Cookie Consent & Withdrawal (DPDP Section 5(1), 10(e))
4.1 How We Obtain Your Consent
Cookie Consent Banner: When you first visit our website, a banner allows you to:
- Accept All: Enable all cookies
- Reject All: Disable non-essential cookies
- Customize: Choose which cookie types to enable
Default Behavior: Necessary cookies are ON. Analytics, Functional, and Advertising cookies are OFF until you opt-in.
Consent Recording (DPDP Section 11): We record what you accepted, the timestamp, your device ID/IP (for verification), and language preference to prove informed consent.
4.2 Managing Your Cookie Preferences
Via Cookie Settings (Recommended):
- Visit any page on our website.
- Scroll to the bottom and click the “Cookie Settings” link.

- Click “Save Preferences” to apply immediately.
4.3 Withdrawing Your Consent
